In this workshop we will explore several structures based on the accordion, also known as a concertina. The familiar zig-zag shape can be used in so many ways!
We will create a small accordion book with covers, learn how to make an endless accordion by tipping on pages instead of relying on one large sheet of paper, and create a keepsake book with pockets for your favorite ephemera that you want to preserve but don’t want to permanently affix to anything.
All materials provided. Basic knowledge of paper folding and cutting recommended.
